The Company offers architecture and interior design services. Services can be ordered by contacting Site Management, subject to availability and geographical location. Site Management reserves the right to terminate its services at any time.

Cancellations and Service Changes:

Services can be canceled at any time, provided the client notifies Site Management at least 30 days before the end of the engagement. In case of service cancellations, the client will not be charged. No refunds are available for services already rendered.

Availability and Geographic Location:

Service availability is subject to scheduling with Site Management. For inquiries, contact Site Management at 08-62100.

Responsibility and Service:

Service duration is as predetermined. Site Management disclaims all liability for the content on the Site or its use and consequences.

Intellectual Property:

Site Management and affiliated entities may use the information on the form to provide requested information and services. Personal information will not be disclosed or used for marketing without permission and will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent. Service content and personal information disclosed during the service will remain confidential. Site Management prioritizes your privacy.

Information Security and Privacy:

Law and Jurisdiction:

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and any action or dispute arising from them will be governed by Israeli law, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent court in Be’er Sheva.
