S.B.A. Residential Project on the Park

Be'er Sheva

A luxury boutique project in the new Park neighborhood of Be’er Sheva, located on the first line to the lake and close to open spaces.

The project comprises 4 five-story buildings spread over a spacious area of 6 dunams.

We designed a diverse mix of apartments within the project – 46 units with precise interior layouts, lake views, and large balconies.
