The building was designed according to the needs and requirements of ICL (formerly Israel Chemicals Ltd.). The design embodies cutting-edge technology in the planning process, execution methods, and ongoing maintenance.

The ICL headquarters is a green and environmentally friendly building. It comprises 13 floors, including approximately 11 office floors, a dining hall and kitchen for employees, a ground floor for commercial use, and a main lobby for the offices. The building features around four underground parking levels and incorporates landscaping elements at the entrance plaza, commercial areas, courtyards, and several intermediate floor balconies.
